Undoubtedly you’ve seen (or maybe even posted!) some ads on craigslist that are super boring and don’t do the best job of highlighting a rental property’s features. Then, you’ve probably seen some that look absolutely great – they have a nice layout, beautiful photos and tons of information for prospective renters.

The easiest way to create these great-looking ads is to use the free service called Postlets. This site allows you to enter all the information about your property, upload photos and then post the ad to several different websites – including craigslist. It even creates a microsite for your property that you can share in emails to your contacts/prospective renters or even on Facebook and other social media sites.
